Nothing that stands out going yeah that was awesome.

Yes, travel travel and work all summer and every chance you get. See the country and the world. Don't study abroad, go live abroad for a summer, Get a job in a pub in England and back pack through Europe. Books can wait.

Career Stuff:
17. Year you graduated from Rowan?
I'm the guy who was working full time and missed two graduation deadlines...I realized I did this when the school I was teaching at asked me for my degree and when I called Rowan they told me that I need to apply and I missed spring and fall so I technically graduated spring 2010 but completed everything spring 2009.

18. Degree(s) you graduated Rowan with?
History and education...all worthless

19. Any advanced degrees or certifications you have?
I hold numerous certificates through the military.

20. Your current occupation?
Boatswain mate in United States Coast Guard

21. Number of years in that occupation?
4

22. Any career advice you would give to an undergraduate Phi Psi today?
Yes, don't waste your time in school. I see more and more people with advance degrees who can't find jobs. Instead of blowing money for 4 years on a piece of paper go learn a craft and do that before you decide to go to school. I wish I did that.

23. What's one piece of advice you'd give every undergraduate about networking?
Network your butt off. You never know when you know someone who can help you out. Don't matter if it's a CEO or a low end guy.

Relationships/Family/Personal Stuff:
24. Are you currently in a relationship? If so, with who and for how long?
I am, with heather, for past 6 months. She's amazing.

25. Do you have kids? If so, how old and their names?
No kids.

26. Hobbies that you are currently into? What do you like to do in your spare time?
Since it's winter here in the great state of Minnesota I snowboard a lot. Go skeet shooting when it's warm, fishing, riding my motorcycle. Got crafty with wood working and fixing engines.

27. Anything you would like to share with other brothers through the blog regarding your relationship/family/personal life?
My personal life will stay personal however I will say this...I know I bash education in my interview but now a days it's useless for the most part. Maybe cause the economy got me laid off from teaching and put me in a shitty spot financially where I had to dig myself out and my degree was as useful as toiled paper. So think about if you really want to graduate college already being 60-80k in the hole risking a chance of not having a job. If anyone has anything else they want to ask me go for it. If I'm in cell area I'll answer.
