Nothing special. Someone tripped over me while I was laying down watching a movie along the floor and they said “Watch it, Russ Dabus.” And it stuck.

The chartering initiation and every initiation I've been to since.

I did the Stone Cold Steve Austin beer smashing thing at Greek God except with chocolate milk.

2012 GAC when the chapter was awarded Grand Chapter.

Fraternal advice? Don’t sweat the small stuff. Go out, make friends and experience new things.

I've worked in the wireless industry for about 8 years between my time at T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. I'm just starting to substitute teach now and will be pursuing full time teaching soon.
18. Any career advice you would give to an undergraduate Phi Psi today?
Don’t be in a rush. It’s ok to go back home after college if your folks will let you. Don’t be in a rush to get the apartment just so you can be free. Save your money. Even if you spend 6 months at home, you’d be surprised how much you can save if you budget quickly. Don’t get married too soon. You’ll change as much from 21 to 25 as you did from 18 to 21.
