7. Story behind how you got your nickname, if you remember it? 

It’s a little hard to explain, but basically the clothes I wore and music I listened to were associated more with people of the opposite race.

8. Your fondest memory of being a Phi Psi? 

Winning Greek Week and Greek Cup.

9. Your most embarrassing moment as a Phi Psi? 

The night we were initiated. Somehow my shoes made it to Denny’s, but I didn’t.

10. Your proudest moment as a Phi Psi? 

When I heard we won Grand Chapter. We all contributed a piece that made this possible.

11. Any unique memories from your time as a Phi Psi? 

The moments we were together as a group. From service events to brother building events and even study groups, each moment was special and helped us to build a strong brotherhood. Plus, I really enjoyed helping others in our local community.

12. Any fraternal advice you would give to an undergraduate Phi Psi today? 

Stay involved. I didn’t during my senior year, and I still regret it.

13. When was the last time you visited Rowan or the chapter? 

2012

14. Who's the 1 brother you want to reconnect with / see interviewed here? 

EVERYONE!! I’ve been terrible at keeping in touch since I graduated, so it’s nice to hear what everyone is up to.

15. Name 1 friend you made in NJE you still keep in touch with?

B.S in Mechanical Engineering

18. Any advanced degrees or certifications you have? 

Masters degree in Systems Engineering from Penn State.

19. Your current occupation? 

Tool Control Program Lead Engineer at NAVAIR

20. Number of years in that occupation? 

5 years

21. Any career advice you would give to an undergraduate Phi Psi today? 

Do something you enjoy. The next 40+ years working will suck if you pick a major or career for the wrong reasons.

22. What's one piece of advice you'd give every undergraduate about networking?

Make every effort possible to network with others, through Rowan, Phi Psi, or through professional societies related to your major. Many of the career opportunities I’ve had came from these connections.

Relationships/Family/Personal Stuff:
23. Are you currently in a relationship? If so, with who and for how long? 

I recently got married to my high school sweetheart, Brittany. We’ve been dating for over 10 years and had our wedding in October of this year.

24. Do you have kids? If so, how old and their names? 

None yet, at least that I know of.

25. Hobbies that you are currently into? What do you like to do in your spare time? 

Work continues to take up most of my time, but in my spare time I enjoy going to the dog park with our dog, Tucker. Other than that, I like working on my house and going to concerts.
